Responsibilities

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working from home
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with CRM software and remote working tools is advantageous
