VirtualStaff365 is an outsourcing business, recruiting and managing quality candidates and staff for our Australian clients. Our staff are working remotely, and reside predominantly in the Philippines.

As a fast growing business in a fast growing sector, we’re seeking a IT Recruitment Specialist, to join our team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology in IT.
  • Experience working on Software Development roles, Infrastructure roles, IT Security roles etc.
  • Experience in full life-cycle candidate exploration, from sourcing/attraction, interviewing, screening, hiring and on-boarding.
  • High level experience with LI Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools.
  • Experience in Recruitment within complex, fast paced, high volume industries/companies.
  • Experience in a 360 degree / full-lifecycle, research or a pure sourcing role.
  • Experience in stakeholder management skills.
  • Well versed in full lifecycle recruitment – management of blended candidate attraction methods and candidate experience.
  • Where applicable, get involved with hiring across all of our recruitment verticals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent email and punctuation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience with offshore recruitment.
  • Account management of existing and new IT clients.
  • Impeccable database management, thorough administration skills.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Excellent working PC/Laptop.
  • Reliable DSL/Fiber internet connection plus a back up connection.
