Key Responsibilities:

– Source, attract, and engage top IT talent for clients across the APAC region, with a focus on India

– Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates, clients, and partners in India

– Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks

– Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication

– Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences

– Meet and exceed recruitment targets, goals, and KPIs

Requirements

– 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field

– Strong knowledge of the India job market, trends, and regulations

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

– Proficiency in recruitment software, tools, and technologies

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

– Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Nice to Have:

– Experience with cloud-based recruitment platforms and tools

– Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and skill sets

– Fluency in multiple languages (optional)
