Who Are You?
You’re a seasoned IT Business Analyst who excels at gathering and analyzing business requirements, prioritizing scenarios, and ensuring clear communication between scrum teams. You document functional and non-functional requirements, test cases, and user stories in Confluence while refining product flows to ensure a smooth lifecycle.

Requirements
- Comprehend the underlying business factors and determine the priorities and significance of various scenarios.
- Collect and record business requirements (our main tool is Jira and Confluence).
- Analyze requirements to fit specifications – MVP is always in mind.
- Define and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop User Story Maps, Epics, Stories, and test cases using Jira.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to convey requirements and facilitate the SDLC by managing dependencies, timelines, and blockers.
- Work with engineers to prioritize tasks.
- Improve and automate business processes through discovery, modeling, analysis, and optimization.
- Design and implement test scenarios, ensuring that manual testing extends beyond UAT.
- Engage in cross-functional projects.
Our ideal Candidate
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience in software development projects (Agile, Scrum – You have an agile mindset.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Experience in documentation and analysis techniques beyond process flow diagrams and user stories.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles along with commercial practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking – You have a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience with business analysis tools: JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
- Experience with ERPs, CRMs, or other software products (ideally with SaaS).
- Proficient in documenting test processes and outcomes, as well as efficiently monitoring changes.
- You are fluent in both Greek and English.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
