One of our companies is currently looking for an Internal Communications Manager in the United States.

This role is a key contributor to internal engagement efforts across the organization, supporting both strategic enterprise-wide communication and function-specific messaging. The Internal Communications Manager will work closely with stakeholders in departments such as Finance, Legal, Technology, and Product to craft and deliver clear, consistent, and timely internal communications. Additionally, the role will help manage communication platforms including the intranet, crisis communication systems, and two-way employee channels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong sense of audience and message alignment, capable of driving internal cohesion and positive organizational culture.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the main communications point of contact for multiple business functions
  • Plan and write internal messages that align with business goals and employee needs
  • Manage and enhance the company’s intranet and internal SharePoint sites
  • Lead two-way communication tools and ensure employee feedback is heard and addressed
  • Support crisis communications planning and execution
  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging for change initiatives and company-wide updates
  • Monitor employee sentiment and provide recommendations for communication improvements
  • Reinforce content governance and support improvements to communication processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in internal communications or a similar role
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Experience with intranet platforms and communication tools (e.g., SharePoint) is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to shifting business needs
