We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Insurance Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience using Applied Epic. The ideal candidate will support our customer service operations and be responsible for the accurate creation of insurance certificates and binders. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and professional customer service via email and phone
- Create and issue insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic
- Assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management
- Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking within Applied Epic
- Collaborate with team members to support client needs and compliance
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance VA or in an insurance support role
- Proficiency with Applied Epic (required)
- Knowledge of insurance certificates, binders, and standard procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools
