We are one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the country. We have over 2 million customers, have sold over 6 million pairs of underwear, and over the last three years we’ve built a mid 8-figure apparel brand, selling exclusively online.

We’re currently expanding our wholesale distribution, so we’re on the hunt for an inside sales representative with strong communication and negotiation skills.  If you’re a confident go-getter and can manage opportunities this position could be for you.  We are looking for someone that can cultivate new leads, build relationships and is a deal closer. 

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven Sales Experience & Success:
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a track record of quantifiable achievements, including revenue growth, market share capture, and successful expansion of existing accounts.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals. Provide metrics on negotiation success rates and deals closed after negotiation.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Consistent success in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and a high probability of closing deals.
  • Tech Savvy:
    • Experience working with CRM (salesforce) and ERP systems. Proficient in using B2B software, email communication and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls, emails, or other communication methods to connect with retailers
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Keep accurate records of customer interactions utilizing CRM tools
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations on product & service with new and existing customers. Address inquiries & objections to showcase the Shinesty value proposition effectively.
  • Goal Achievement: Work towards monthly sales goals and continuously adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop a strategy for success within assigned accounts
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and sales techniques. Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Participate: Attend sales meetings and regional trade shows across the country

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 plus bonus, depending on experience

Our Products:

We have a variety of products, and many more exciting launches coming in the next 18 months, but our primary product is our proprietary men’s Ball Hammock Pouch Underwear. It is an extremely high quality pair of underwear every bit as good, and in many cases better, than other premium brands you may be familiar with. But Shinesty Ball Hammocks are a much more fun, irreverent brand with eye-catching artwork that generates thousands of impulse purchases every day. Try the product, you’ll be hooked.

Our Infrastructure:

We are new to the wholesale world but we are ready and prepared to grow fast. Our ERP (Netsuite) is ready to rock, we have B2B set up and actively taking orders, and our major product lines are packaged and ready for retail distribution. We have inventory ready to sell.  We have a full operations team ready to support the growth of this channel.
