Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Influencer Outreach Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity, communication, and performance. In this role, you’ll lead influencer campaigns from start to finish—building strong client relationships, sourcing and briefing influencers, and optimizing campaign performance based on real data.

You’ll play a key role in making sure our clients see measurable success, and our influencer partners feel empowered, aligned, and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns to deliver on client KPIs
  • Provide comprehensive briefs to influencers to ensure alignment with campaign goals
  • Monitor campaign results and pivot strategies as needed to optimize ROI

Client Relationship & Retention

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and provide consultative campaign strategy support
  • Deliver timely reporting and performance insights to clients and internal teams

Influencer Sourcing & Negotiation

  • Identify and recruit influencers that align with brand goals
  • Negotiate terms and secure partnerships that maximize impact and budget

Strategic Growth & Team Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to refine campaign processes and scale performance
  • Stay up to date on influencer trends, social media shifts, and competitor activity
  • Offer insights and feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategy

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of experience running influencer or paid media campaigns (brand or agency side)
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, especially influencer ecosystems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in client-facing conversations, reporting, and relationship management
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a natural problem solver

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or SaaS tools
  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced startup environment
  • Interest in creator economy trends, social data, and performance-driven marketing
