Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist I to work alongside our US-based

Merchant Operations team. This role will support our eCommerce websites and other warehouse

channels.

Tasks include:

 Creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management system

 Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned

 Send email communication to vendors as needed.

 Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed.

Automotive interest or knowledge is plus. You will be working with automotive products and reviewing the

condition of the product.

We are a technology-focused team and our processes run through cloud-based applications and are fully

accessible through remote access.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Detail oriented and has a high level of attention to detail

 Ability to learn and follow processes

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

 Active listener and good team collaborator.

 Basic Microsoft Excel skills

 PC proficient

 Prior inbound/outbound phone call experience preferred

 Not required, but a plus: Knowledge of automotive parts

Technical Requirements:

 The ability to attend daily virtual meetings with our US-based team with video and audio

capability.

 High-speed internet connection.

Timings – Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM EST
