Inbound Sales Executive Part time – (Evenings and Weekend Remote)

Basic annual salary for this role is £25,000 (pro-rated to part-time hours/£12.10 per hour) plus commission (achievable OTE up to £1000 per month)

Requirements

About the Role:
As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for closing qualified telesales enquiries passed over to you by our lead generation teams. You will be helping small to medium size businesses secure a better deal on their energy contracts, by presenting them with a wide range of options to meet their needs.

  • Receiving and closing real time qualified leads (warm leads only)
  • Establish customer needs and matching them with a product to meet those needs
  • Search for and present the best deals available to your customer
  • Acting as the customer’s account executive or account manager
  • Calling back customers at an agreed time to discuss their needs
  • Creating relationships with our customers, giving them a world class service.
  • Convincing customers to accept the deal offered if it meets their needs
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI’s.
  • Cross selling into other service area such as telecoms, water and insurance

About you:

  • 12 months+ sales experience (ideally in a B2B or telesales environment)
  • Target driven and self-motivated
  • Consultative and value-driven sales approach
  • Experience pitching/negotiating/objection handling
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
  • Enjoy building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Tactful in your approach to customers
  • Initiative and a desire to learn & develop
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure

Working Hours:

This is a part-time only role with the following work patterns (21.05 hours per week)

  • Monday to Wednesday (5pm-8:00pm)
  • Saturday (9:45am – 4:00pm)
  • Sunday (9:45am – 4:00pm)

This role can be offered as a 100% remote position, however, please note: training for this role will be held in the office over x7 consecutive days (Week 1: Monday-Friday, Week 2: Monday-Tuesday. Successful candidate must be able to attend the training in person). An option to come into the office once a month for training and development is also offered.
