HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions and assist with onboarding activities
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation
  • Coordinate probation period check-ins and provide support to managers and employees as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare and distribute HR newsletters and other communications to employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment in a tech environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver in a performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
