Help Desk – Remote

    Title – Help Desk Support

    Position – Contract (6+ Months)

    Location – Remote

    Rate – $Open(Best Possible)

 Job Description:

  • Work with the Client staff to provide technical, advisory services and trouble shoot issues and root cause.
  • Monitor network traffic among hundreds of Windows/Linux/Dorado systems
  • Monitor performance metrics on Windows, Linux and Dorado using the Sightline tool.
  • Investigate logs from Dorado, Windows, SQL Server, IIS, Linux for diagnosing issues that affect application performance.
  • Knowledge of Dorado and OS 2200 Performance metrics
  • Knowledge of Network Technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
