Head/Sr B2B Demand Generation Manager
We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate Head/Sr B2B Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role will report to our VP of Growth & CEO and work closely with the Senior Growth Manager, Content Marketing Manager, Creative Specialist, Community Specialist and the Global Team.

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance marketing. We’ve built technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. We offer five channels: Hand-to-hand (in people’s hands), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), Direct Mail (in people’s mailboxes via the national post service), Door Hangers (by leaving them on the doorknobs of residential properties or their cars), and Sampling (by providing the target audience with relevant products). Job description
We’re looking for a proactive and creative professional to own the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth. This role involves working closely with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the SaaS/Martech industry, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B demand generation strategies to drive traffic, increase MQLs and SQLs, and boost revenue. Focus on enterprise client acquisition and increasing sign-ups to our self-serve platform.
- Campaign Management: Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and other platforms. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, reducing CPL and CPA.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Bolster SEO efforts to drive organic traffic and lead generation. Oversee content distribution strategies to ensure engagement across all stages of the demand generation funnel.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the demand generation funnel, reducing friction, improving website efficiency, and addressing drop-offs to enhance lead conversion rates.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee customer lifecycle management, focusing on adoption, activation, and retention. Develop strategies to nurture leads and increase customer lifetime value.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Identify and manage partnerships to enhance demand generation efforts. Collaborate with internal and external teams (growth, content, creative, community, seo) to align strategies and maximize impact.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, PostHog, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and Zapier to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize budgets for SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, freelancing, and partnerships. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to drive maximum impact.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of growth, content, creative, and community specialists. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
Requirements
Must-haves & requirements:
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing revenue. Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and SEO efforts.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, PostHog, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and Zapier. Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, attribution, and lifecycle management.
- Strategic & Analytical: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Leadership: Experience leading and developing marketing teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Full-Stack Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of all marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.

- Industry Experience: Experience in offline marketing, especially in flyer distribution or similar industries, is a plus.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Analytics Skills: Familiarity with advanced analytics, data visualization, and marketing automation tools.
