Head of Sales (Remote)
DESCRIPTION
A Sub-Division of Valsoft Ireland is looking for a confident, highly motivated, and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our global sales function. This is a remote position, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Head of Sales, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy. You will build scalable, high-velocity sales processes, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, and establish an efficient customer acquisition engine. You will collaborate closely with the Managing Director and cross-functional teams to ensure commercial alignment with marketing, customer success, and product development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal negotiation and closing.
· Design and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
· Leverage modern sales tools and AI to enhance pipeline management, forecasting, and productivity.
· Develop and refine a repeatable, scalable sales playbook and sales processes.
· Analyze performance metrics and market trends to guide data-driven decisions.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
· Provide market feedback to the product team to inform roadmap and innovation.
REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 8+ years of experience in sales roles with a strong record of exceeding targets.
• Proven leadership in scaling B2B SaaS sales operations.
• Experience with modern SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales motions.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity/AI tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry (airlines, airports, ground handling) is a strong asset.
