The Role

Primary Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: The Head of Sales is responsible for creating and implementing an effective sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. This involves understanding market trends, identifying growth opportunities, setting sales targets, and deciding on the sales processes and methodologies to be used.
- Leadership and Team Management: Leading the sales team is a critical function of the Head of Sales. This includes hiring, training, and mentoring sales personnel, as well as setting sales goals, motivating the team to achieve them, and monitoring performance. The Head of Sales is responsible for creating a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages team success.

- Revenue and Sales Growth: Ultimately, the Head of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing profitability for the company. This involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and increasing sales efficiency. Continuously finding new ways to drive sales growth in a competitive environment.
