What You’ll Own:
- Full ownership of our revenue number and team performance
- Hiring, training, and developing a remote sales team
- Creating discipline in the sales process, from lead to close
- Driving execution on outbound, inbound, and abandoned cart follow-up
- Partnering with marketing to ensure campaigns turn into revenue
