Requirements

Leadership Provenance: 2+ years of team management experience.
Tech Expert: 5+ years in tech solution development.
Java expert: 2+ years of solid experience with Java, possessing a profound understanding of theory and extensive hands-on experience.
Automation QA Savvy: Essential 2+ years of experience.
Remote Work Enthusiast: Comfortable working from anywhere 50%+.
Creative Genius: Unmatched creativity in problem-solving.
Proactive Doer: Hands-on approach to leadership.
Communication Expert: Exceptional at fostering team collaboration.
Polyglot: Excellent knowledge of English is a must; knowledge of Russian will be a benefit.
