Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to refine processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, promoting development and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational performance.
  • Identify and address operational risks and challenges proactively.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Expertise in process optimization and workflow improvement.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
