Job Overview

We are looking for a Head of Business Development – Thailand with experience in the forex or crypto industry to drive new partnerships and grow our network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and coach a team of BD Managers to achieve their individual and team goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partnerships and develop existing ones.
  • Set clear and measurable KPIs for the team and regularly monitor progress.
  • Analyze partners data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximize their potential.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.


  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the Trading, Currency Derivates, or other related industry
  • Excellent command of the Thai language and fluency in English
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of Business Development professionals.
  • Great communication and writing skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
  • A good understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets
  • Strong negotiation and pitching skills, and great listening skills
  • Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach
