Creative Crowdfunding Protocol is seeking a mission-driven and entrepreneurial Head of Growth to join our team. This role is central to driving adoption of our open protocol across global creative communities, platforms, and entrepreneurs. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead client growth efforts, coordinate international events, and act as a key connector between the protocol, its users, and broader creative ecosystems.
This role is fully remote and includes frequent international travel, with a preference for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or those who can easily travel there for ad hoc meetings with the CEO as needed.
The salary range in this role in the United States is $155,000 – 165,000.
About Us
Creative Crowdfunding Protocol is building the “AWS for Crowdfunding”. The future of work belongs to creators and small businesses, and we are building the tools and data/payment protocols for innovative funding mechanisms that will connect creators and crowdfunding platforms to a worldwide pool of backers, uniting the fragmented liquidity in creative communities and niche markets. We aim to 10x the current crowdfunding market cap worldwide, and we are looking for a person who is energized by the mission to create this ecosystem of creative entrepreneurs and crowdfunding platforms.
In this role, you will:
- Drive protocol adoption by identifying, engaging, and onboarding platforms, entrepreneurs, and creators as clients.
- Build and manage client relationships from first contact through contract negotiation and ongoing support.
- Lead international growth initiatives, including launching in new countries and adapting go-to-market strategies to local contexts.
- Organize and host in-person meetups, summits, and conferences globally to grow and retain our client ecosystem.
- Represent the protocol at conferences and events, advocating for our mission and gathering insights from the field.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to align external needs with internal roadmaps.
- Act as a cultural ambassador who builds trust with diverse creator communities, especially in emerging markets.

- You are a persuasive communicator who can build relationships with clients, investors, engineers, and creators alike.
- You have a strong understanding of crowdfunding models, open-source licensing, and creator-centric platforms.
- You are passionate about creative ecosystems, crowdfunding, open-source, and web3 technologies.
- You are highly organized and experienced in planning global events that bring together decentralized communities.
- You care deeply about creators, communities, and equitable access, and you have the cultural fluency to engage locally and respectfully wherever you go.
