The Head of Company will manage and work with a team to deliver on all client company formation/incorporation services to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Strategy: Develop and lead a competitive departmental strategy in alignment with Sleek’s goals and objectives.
  2. Pricing: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that optimize revenue and Sleek’s market share.
  3. Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth. 
  4. Operations: Identify opportunities for new service lines or enhancements to existing ones based on market needs and trends.
  5. Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with other department heads and key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of strategies and initiatives across the organization.
  6. Legal Advisory: Collaborate with legal counsel to provide strategic legal advice and ensure legal compliance in business operations.
  7. People management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth.
  8. Compliance Management: Stay abreast of changes in legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring the company’s compliance and mitigating risks.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as Head of Department, with expertise in leading a company formation/incorpoation services function
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles, regulatory requirements, and company law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
