Head of Clinical Care – Remote

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Head of Care to spearhead our revolutionary clinical care platform, delivering top-tier, person-centered services. As the driving force behind our care initiatives, you’ll assume a central role in establishing and championing standards of excellence in an often-overlooked domain of women’s health. Your mission:

  1. Coaching:
    1. Provide health coaching services to our customers to best enable them to advocate for themselves and work through their health goals. 
    2. Collaborate with our operations and product team to standardize and scale Juno’s health coaching services. 
  2. Research and Protocol Development:
    1. Interpret research findings and collaborate with the care team to set treatment guidelines that align with the latest advancements in the field.
    2. Conduct research to continually improve Juno’s ability to provide the highest level of care possible in women’s health. 
  3. Content Creation:
    1. Generate informative and engaging content, including customer-facing and provider-facing material, white papers and scientific papers, to contribute to the knowledge base of the team, the wider healthcare community and our customer base.
    2. Work with our marketing team to effectively disseminate quality content.
  4. Community & Thought Leadership:
    1. Cultivate our community with our customers, providers and external stakeholders.
    2. Become a thought leader in women’s health within the organization and the broader healthcare community.
    3. Share insights, innovations, and advancements in women’s health through public speaking engagements, webinars, and other platforms.
    4. Serve as the representative of Juno in various settings, including conferences, pop-ups, and road shows.


  1. MBBS degree, M.D. degree or equivalent with at least 4 years experience as a qualified Medical Doctor or equivalent
  2. Strong knowledge of care standards, regulations, and industry best practices
  3. Ability to conduct research and synthesize existing scientific research
  4. Personable and proficient in both written and verbal communication for both scientific and lay audiences
  5. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  6. Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to promoting the well-being of all our customers

Nice to have:

  1. Training in one of the following specialties: gynaecology, infectious disease, medical microbiology or sexual health.
  2. Certification in both the UK and US

  • Time commitment: full-time, 40 hours per week during our regular office hours (Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6:30 pm) but times may vary per team 
  • Location: Remote or London based with some travel to the US and in particular the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Start date: February 2024
