We are currently seeking a Head of Business Development to join our team. This dynamic role involves overseeing a high-performing sales team and spearheading our inbound and outbound activities.

What to anticipate:

  • Leading a team of seasoned specialists in both Inbound and Outbound strategies.
  • Playing a pivotal role in achieving company objectives.
  • Becoming an integral part of Monterail’s Leadership team, with direct reporting to the co-CEOs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing our 4 people sales team
  • Orchestrating a thorough development program for sales roles, encompassing aspects such as personal branding, recruitment, onboarding, and career development plans.
  • Working on a comprehensive sales strategy together with co-CEO
  • Collaborating with the Head of Growth to co-create innovative sales channels.
  • Participating in the management team and fostering close collaboration with department heads to advance towards our strategic objectives.
  • Analyzing and enhancing the sales toolset to ensure seamless day-to-day operations for your team.
  • Formulating, monitoring, and evaluating sales forecasts and plans, while also negotiating quotas with the team.

Requirements

Ideally you have:

  • Solid experience with international software development services or software solutions.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales/BD/Growth/CS management roles.
  • Expertise and experience in fostering growth, motivation, and leadership within a sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to and engaging with startups, consulting fast-growing companies, and establishing a presence in enterprises.
  • Fluent in business communication in English.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing teams with total sales quotas exceeding 5-10M PLN per year.
