Your role

  • Identify and engage potential leads within the healthcare industry, specifically targeting medical device companies, hospitals, and science & technology parks
  • Design and present customized consulting proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on solutions that help Chinese companies globalize and assist foreign healthcare entities in navigating China’s regulatory environment
  • Drive the entire sales process from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring client needs are met and deals are executed efficiently
  • Leverage the company‚Äôs extensive network of 2,500 global medical advisors to enhance service offerings and provide value to clients
  • Actively network and participate in industry trade shows to establish new contacts, stay informed about market trends, and promote company services within the healthcare sector

Who you are

  • Proven experience in business development or solution sales within the healthcare industry is a must
  • Strong network of contacts within medical device companies, hospitals, and science & technology parks within China
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market in China, including regulatory challenges and commercialization processes for both local and international companies
  • Creative thinker with strong business acumen, capable of diagnosing client needs and crafting bespoke, comprehensive consulting solutions to achieve client goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with key stakeholders and negotiating high-value contracts
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while effectively managing multiple projects and engagements
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is absolutely essential
