100% Remote Position

Base Salary: $200K+
Additional Commissions: 20%+ of your base

The Head of Agency will play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling the agency’s operations to support sustained growth. This key leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven performance marketing and operational excellence track record. The successful candidate will oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
