GTM Operations Manager

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the GTM Operations Manager will be at the center of the Wowza sales team’s growth and go-to-market strategy. The primary focus of this role will be to help increase sales pipeline velocity by delivering and utilizing tools, programs and processes specifically designed to accelerate the sales cycle and buyer journey. This is a dynamic, broad-reaching and high-visibility role that combines both strategic thinking, an ability to execute and operationalize programs, as well as refine and optimize strategies based on measurable and quantifiable results.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Partner with Marketing, Product Management, SMEs, and sales and channel leaders to optimize the Wowza buyer journey and determine key areas of focus for scale, optimization, and acceleration.
- Act as the liaison to all Go-to-market teams as it pertains to the buyer journey and will consult accordingly to optimize efforts for more effective GTM execution and faster revenue generation.
- Oversee the integration of all lead development and qualification, sales development and outreach initiatives, programmatic sales sequences, and additional sales support and operations functions.
- Be responsible for the operations and maintenance of Wowza’s customer relationship management system.
- Develop, operationalize, and optimize programs specific to the rules of engagement for internal teams as it relates to Wowza’s sales process and buyer journey
- Work with the marketing, sales and product teams to identify and execute programs and processes designed to accelerate GTM strategies
- Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, managing against milestones, knowing what to prioritize and why, knowing who to keep informed, why, and how often, and knowing when to escalate.
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
- Drive accountability, ownership, and metrics for the learning outcomes and the impact of the GTM programs for sales, marketing and product.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback through various methods (e.g., assessments, data metrics & reports, a-b testing, etc.), evaluating learning effectiveness and recommending changes to optimize our GTM strategy.
Requirements
About You:
- 5 years of GTM experience or similar function, including metrics-based measurements across the buyer journey.
- Deep knowledge of GTM strategies within the SaaS industry that align with solution selling. Keen understanding of product messaging and positioning.
- Mastery of sales skills in the context of discovery, value-selling, storytelling, demoing, and differentiation.
- Advanced experience in the functions of marketing, sales development, go-to-market planning, and advanced sales operations to ensure optimal collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and channel.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds, extensive experience with product teams.
- Mastery of all things Hubspot to help streamline and improve how Wowza improves our comprehensive go-to-market and sales strategy.
Preferred Requirements
- Strong sales and customer systems and technology skills & experience, preferably Hubspot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sophisticated AI and enrichment services with experience optimizing sales operations & performance and operationalizing workflow sequences
- Stellar project management skills. Ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams with concrete timelines. Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team and cross-functional finesse.
- Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence.
Benefits
Salary: $100,000-$115,000
- Bonus Eligible
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of our salary range for this position. Actual salaries and benefits will vary and will be based on a range of factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. The salary is one component of our total compensation package for employees.
