The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. To further our impact, we are looking for a Manager to join our global FP&A team. This role will report to the Head of GTM FP&A and will partner with the go to market functions globally. You’ll play an integral role building and evolving channel level reporting, influencing our channel evolution strategy, and working cross functionally to create leverage across the GTM team.
Location: Pacific time zone preferred, but open to candidates across the US
What you’ll do:
- This role will be a key stakeholder to the GTM team, providing insights and analysis regarding the efficiency of our marketing investments and GTM distribution model
- You will build and evolve channel / geo level insights by generating the data infrastructure and framework for channel / geo level P&L development across cross functional stakeholders
- You will influence channel evolution strategy with business leaders across GTM teams by operationalizing timely insights from channel level data
- You will partner with GTM stakeholders to create a framework for measuring ROI across our various marketing and sales investments that can evolve with media and advertising industry trends. You will then leverage these insights to ensure that our marketing investments are being directed into the highest ROI mediums
- You will work within the GTM FP&A team to support business case development across the GTM organization and enhance planning and budget adherence for business opportunities
- You will identify opportunities for cost efficiencies as well as influence across leadership to create additional leverage within the GTM planning process
- You will partner with Finance Systems teams to create tools and reports that allow for more streamlined forecasting, accurate reporting, and better insight; contribute to system enhancements or new system implementations
- You will become the subject matter expert for OPEX variance explanations versus Plan and Forecast and lead the storytelling for GTM teams you support while partnering within FP&A to create business narratives
- You will prepare presentations and key reporting (key metrics for the executive team, monthly business reviews, Quarterly Business Review documents) and other insights partnering with the FP&A and broader GTM teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant finance experience, FP&A experience is a plus
- Experience managing and motivating employees and fostering their growth and development
- Experience influencing executive level decision-makers and presenting to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of financial literacy
- Financial experience should include general knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and accrual accounting, full P&L familiarity, and budget management exposure
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience working with data visualization tools (eg. Tableau) preferred
- Strong proficiency working in ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Region 1: $131,000-$146,000
Region 2: $124,450-$138,700
Region 3: $117,900-$131,400
