Growth Marketing Manager (Fully Remote & Full-Time)

Pip Decks is on the lookout for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us scale the business to 9-figure revenues.

We’re looking someone who’s passionate about growth beyond just a single channel, and has demonstrated a track record in generating revenue through Performance Marketing.

In this role, you’ll not just be running campaigns; you’ll be the brains behind the strategy, fine-tuning our approach to hit the mark every time. You’ll work remotely, managing our most important channels and coordinating with freelancers and agencies when needed, making sure everything flows together seamlessly.

Salary: (depending on experience) £45,000 – £55,000 p/a

Contract type: Full Time Employment (UK & EU) or Contract (Rest of World)

Location: Fully remote. Preferred timezone GMT/CET

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Facebook & Google Ads accounts with 7-figure monthly budgets.
  • Taking ownership of media buying.
  • Work together with our in-house creative team and proactively contribute to creative meetings from your data-driven & technical perspective.
  • Collaborate with freelancers and agencies, giving clear briefs and guidelines.
  • Stay curious and up-to-date with industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

⭐️ About you

  • 3+ years of experience in Growth/Performance Marketing.
  • Excellent English skills (C1)
  • Strong track record with Facebook/Meta Ads, as well as at least one additional channel from the list above. In an ideal world you would have “T-shaped” experience across channels.
  • You’re data-driven and curious. You value statistical significance over gut feelings.
  • You’re always learning. If you don’t know how to do something, you know where to find the answers and come up with the best possible solution to your problem, not the conventional one.
  • You know how to think a few steps ahead, building scalable systems, working smarter, not harder.
  • You’re comfortable coordinating with freelancers and agencies, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • New ideas? You’ve got a ton, and you’re ready to make them happen.
