Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Growth Marketing Consultant to join our professional services team. This role is pivotal in providing coaching and consulting sessions to our clients, focusing on optimizing their growth and marketing strategies utilizing our platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and possess expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct coaching and consulting sessions with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored advice on growth and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize advertising strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on best practices for scaling and optimizing digital advertising efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising and ecommerce to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Work closely with the Head of the Department and other team members to align strategies with client objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media buying and running advertising campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients and provide strategic advice.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles, preferably in an agency environment, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
  • Fluency in English is required.
