Requirements

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Lead who can build our marketing and sales engine from the ground up. You will own demand generation, outbound prospecting, early-stage sales, and partnerships You’ll work directly with the founder and technical team, with autonomy to design, test, and execute growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation: Run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, cold email, content marketing).
  • Outbound Sales Development: Build prospect lists, craft outreach sequences, and book meetings with decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, run discovery calls, manage CRM (HubSpot), and move deals forward.
  • Content & Assets: Develop landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to drive inbound leads.
  • Partnerships: Build relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities. 
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Track metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates; run experiments to find scalable channels.
     

What Success Looks Like

  • A predictable pipeline of sales-qualified leads each month.
  • Consistent revenue growth from scalable acquisition channels (beyond referrals).
  • Clear playbooks for outbound, inbound, and sales processes.
  • Closed deals directly from campaigns you run.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales.
  • Hands-on with outbound prospecting tools (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Practical experience with paid acquisition (LinkedIn/Google Ads) and content-driven growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in early-stage SaaS environments.
