About the role

We’re looking for a marketing wizard to join our team and take our marketing efforts to the next level as we scale internationally. • Develop and execute groundbreaking marketing campaigns that will leave our competitors in the dust
• Stay miles ahead of the latest trends and strategies in LinkedIn, social media, AI, and marketing optimization
• Have a burning passion for leveraging AI to transform the way content is created and distributed, coupled with hands-on experience that sets you apart from the rest and makes you a 10x marketing wizard
• Collaborate with our team of A-players to create content that will blow our audience’s minds
• Analyze campaign performance with surgical precision and provide game-changing ideas and insights to optimize our marketing efforts
• Take complete ownership of projects and drive them to success, no matter the obstacles
• Contribute to the development of Stableton’s overall marketing strategy and help shape the future of our company

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

• A marketing virtuoso with 3-6 years of experience, ideally in a high-growth scale-up or cutting-edge large organization (B2B experience is a plus)
• A creative mastermind who laughs in the face of boundaries and conventional thinking
• Addicted to learning and self-improvement, always eager to absorb new knowledge and use it to push the boundaries of what’s possible in marketing 
• An insanely ambitious, relentlessly curious individual who will stop at nothing to achieve extraordinary results
• Based in Zurich or Berlin, or willing to relocate to either city, ensuring close collaboration with our team; remote work within the CET time zone will also be considered for exceptional candidates
• A master of automation, AI, and content marketing, capable of driving engagement and growth like no other (or someone who has the capacity to become a master in this)
• A data-driven decision-maker who eats analytics for breakfast
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage, but not nearly as important as your marketing prowess
• A fearless self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
