Graphic Designer (with Social Media Experience)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role combines traditional graphic design with social media expertise, requiring someone who can create compelling visual content across digital and print platforms while managing multiple social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Manage and create engaging content for 15+ social media accounts (scaling to 30+)
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms
  • Handle social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement
  • Create Instagram-focused content including stories, reels, and feed posts

Design & Creative Work

  • Design responsive web pages following UI/UX best practices
  • Create animated web banners and motion graphics for digital campaigns
  • Develop print materials including flyers, pop-ups, billboards, and various promotional materials
  • Produce basic motion graphics for animated advertisements
  • Perform basic video editing for social media and marketing content

Content & Strategy

  • Write compelling copy for all marketing materials and campaigns
  • Utilize AI design tools to enhance creative output and efficiency
  • Collaborate on creative concepts and campaign development

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Figma
  • Experience with AI-powered design tools
  • Basic motion graphics and animation capabilities
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Metricool, etc.)
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)

Core Competencies

  • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
  • Proven experience in Instagram content creation and management
  • Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
