Graphic Designer

Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time

Salary: $450 per month

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to create engaging, brand-aligned designs across packaging, in-store collateral, and marketing materials. This role is perfect for a creative who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate brand vision into both physical and digital touchpoints.

You will work closely with the marketing and branding team to bring products and the in-store experience to life, ensuring consistency and impact across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging & Food Service Design
    • Create labels and direct-print designs for salad containers, smoothie cups, juice bottles, snack bags/pouches, and sandwich wraps
    • Design branded paper to-go bags, napkins, and utensil wrappers (optional)
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure print-ready files match production specs
  • In-Store Collateral
    • Design digital and wall-mounted menu boards
    • Develop price tags, shelf tags, counter signage, and loyalty program materials
    • Design posters and wall art with nutrition facts, brand story, and lifestyle inspiration
  • Marketing Materials
    • Produce grand opening signage, flyers, window decals, and A-frame signs
    • Design brochures, postcards, business cards, and outreach materials
    • Build branded social media templates (Instagram, stories, promotions)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in packaging design, especially for food or retail brands
  • Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing print and digital work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience with digital platforms like Shopify, Squarespace, or similar (preferred)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, web design, or online marketing assets
  • Attention to detail with excellent understanding of print production
  • Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in a remote team setup
