Position: Google Ads Specialist

Working hours: Flexible schedule but may need to work following 10 AM – 3 PM CEST (5 PM – 10 PM Philippine time) depending on the business need

Holiday/s: US and/or PH Holidays

Salary Range: USD 900 – 1,500/month

The company is a pioneering DTC e-commerce growth Agency that partners with Shopify Direct-to-Consumer brands to skyrocket their growth. As we navigate our rapid expansion, we’re in search of a Google Ads Specialist to supercharge our clients’ success in digital landscapes.

About the role:

As our Google Ads Specialist, you’ll spearhead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, driving unparalleled growth for our clients. You’ll work in an environment that values autonomy, backed by a team passionate about digital excellence.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Strategic Execution: Craft and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns, from keyword research to ad creation, ensuring alignment with client goals and budget.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage GA4, GTM, TripleWhale and other analytics tools to monitor, report, and glean insights, optimizing campaigns for peak performance.
  • Client Collaboration: Help maintain direct communication with clients, presenting strategies, performance updates, and innovative ideas to foster trust and transparency.
  • Detail Orientated: We know you are probably looking at hundreds of job applications but details matter, if you saw this please tell us what is your favorite sports team.
  • Innovation & Optimization: Regularly test and adopt new strategies, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Team Synergy: Work seamlessly with other departments (Meta Ads, Email Marketing, CRO/Web-Dev) to ensure a cohesive digital marketing approach.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads (+ Youtube, Shopping, P-Max, Bing), with a demonstrated personal lifetime ad spend of over $3,000,000 (ad spent can be negotiable)
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and experience with Shopify.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a flair for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data understandably. A proactive, detail-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
  • Experience focused on DTC e-commerce / Shopify marketing is a plus.
