Accountabilities:
- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce development and customization, delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
- Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and approval workflows to optimize GTM processes.
- Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce and other platforms using APIs, Mulesoft, or custom connectors.
- Maintain strong data governance and security protocols across Salesforce and related systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to align platform functionality with business needs.
- Lead testing and deployment activities using Salesforce DX, GitHub, and CI/CD best practices.
- Identify and implement performance improvements to enhance user experience and platform scalability.
- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous system enhancement.
- Maintain thorough documentation and deliver training to stakeholders on system usage and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with deep knowledge of Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
- Proven ability to build scalable automation and integration workflows in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce object models, sharing settings, and platform limitations.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, automated testing, and version control using GitHub.
- Familiarity with Sales and Service Cloud and GTM platforms like Stripe or Marketo.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and present technical concepts.
- Passion for efficiency, automation, and leveraging new technologies such as AI.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with data warehouses and supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

▸ $115,000–$155,000 (US remote)
▸ $130,000–$163,000 (Los Angeles / DC / Seattle) - Equity ownership in the company through stock options.
