Global Senior Talent Manager

This is an exciting time for an experienced Senior Manager to join us and play an important role in our priority programs as we deploy them globally. The successful incumbent will lead our signature projects across Leadership Development, Mobility, People Analytics and Organisational Development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage efforts to embed the Dentons Global Career Playbook in our talent lifecycle, by working with internal stakeholders, regional Talent and specialist teams and external providers,
  • Oversee the delivery of our signature learning programs under the Dentons U brand, to include: the Partner Development Program, Global Mentoring Program and NextGen Development Program,
  • Oversee the development and delivery of Dentons DISCOVER: a short-term mobility program for select regions,
  • Provide leadership guidance, support and management of the People Data Team,
  • Provide implementation support for Talent priority projects, including the People Value Proposition,
  • Provide input into Firmwide policies,
  • Work with our future and newly onboarded combinations to facilitate integration and provide Talent support,
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our Firmwide Wellbeing strategy.
  • Contribute to Talent support and expertise that the Talent Programs and Regional Advisory Team provides to selected Regions. This includes: support for regional development programs, providing advice on Talent processes and policies, helping develop training or consulting interventions.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years’ experience in working in a multicultural environment, ideally in professional services
  • At least 5 years’ management experience
  • A proven track record of leading multi country projects
  • Understanding of innovative approaches to talent development

Qualifications:

Relevant degree from an accredited institution
