Global Mobility Program Delivery Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Global Mobility Associate to become an integral part of our Global Mobility Program Delivery Team. This position will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients’ wellbeing by improving the relocation experience for employees, creating innovative technological solutions, and conducting thorough data analysis.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring and managing global mobility programs of our clients at scale, ensuring alignment and compliance with clients’ policies 
• Analysing internal Benivo data and performing data validation checks proactively to identify areas for improvement, implementing data-driven processes for continuous enhancement
• Managing client-facing and internal reports through collaboration with clients and internal teams to understand report requirements and expectations
• Collaborating extensively with Benivo’s internal departments on developing scalable technological solutions and streamlined processes, enhancing the relocation experience for relocating employees, clients and vendors.

Requirements

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analysing data and generating reports to track and manage global mobility programs effectively.
• Attention to detail: Talent for identifying and rectifying gaps and concerns  across various tasks and projects, ensuring a high level of accuracy at all times.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Capability to adapt to fast changing environments and evolving technology changes.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that accuracy is maintained in all shared information and directives.
• Industry experience: Global Mobility knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory
