In the role of Lean Digital Core – Global Learning Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee Training Management Services and ensure the successful execution of training programs. Your key tasks involve conducting a comprehensive global training needs analysis, designing a global curriculum, and strategizing the development of training programs. Additionally, you’ll coordinate the creation of training materials, manage the training schedule, and provide support for change management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a global training needs assessment, encompassing impacted profiles, composite security roles, and group processes aligned with composite roles.
- Utilize criticality assessments to identify the necessary learning types for each profile.
- Develop a global curriculum comprising introductory courses and role-specific content.
- Formulate a training development strategy, including proposing templates for content creation and defining role requirements in the process.
- Establish a detailed training development plan outlining content creation timelines.
- Lead the project for global training material development, overseeing content development requirements.
- Present training needs analysis findings to stakeholders and ensure alignment with their needs.
- Foster long-term continuous learning sustainability and support change management efforts.
- Assist and support team and administrative facilitators.
- Actively collaborate with team members and other teams to ensure efficient cooperation.
- Manage the training schedule and deliver regular reports on training status.
- Coordinate the creation of training documentation.
Requirements
- Extensive background in training management and instructional design.
- Profound understanding of learning needs analysis and curriculum development.
- Demonstrated experience in developing training materials and overseeing training projects.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Capacity to work harmoniously with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in utilizing training development tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Candidates must provide criminal record no older than 3 months.
