Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance Agent to work from home in Greece! In this important role, you will provide critical support to German-speaking clients who are experiencing vehicle emergencies. Your quick thinking and problem-solving skills will help ensure that customers receive the assistance they need promptly, enhancing their safety and comfort during stressful situations. Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls from German-speaking clients in need of roadside assistance in a timely manner.
• Evaluate the emergency situation and provide clear, effective guidance and support.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure prompt assistance is dispatched.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and document follow-up actions.
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service, prioritizing the client’s needs.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services related to roadside assistance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in emergency or assistance roles.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively under pressure.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Familiarity with automotive services and roadside assistance protocols is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
