• Deliver exceptional customer support in German for subscription inquiries

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus
