Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in German for streaming service inquiries
- Assist customers with account management and content-related questions

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
