Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support in German for music and podcast-related inquiries

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with streaming services and audio content platforms is a plus
