Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in German for online bookstore inquiries
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to products or services
- Educate customers about promotions and new releases
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about the latest book releases and market trends
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Passion for books and knowledge of literary genres is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using customer management systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
