Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to travel packages, bookings, and itineraries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s systems.
- Stay informed about travel trends, package features, and company offerings to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge related to travel services.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture and lifestyle.
