Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding health and wellness products, ensuring accurate information is conveyed
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges smoothly while adhering to company policies
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their health and wellness objectives
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to serve customers better
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems
- Enthusiasm for health and wellness products and industry knowledge
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
