Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients regarding fashion and apparel products.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s product offerings to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure improved service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving customer issues.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in the local culture.
