Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Assist customers with inquiries about our music streaming platform, including account setup, billing, and service features
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Stay informed about the latest music trends and platform updates to provide accurate assistance
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service delivery and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for music and knowledge of the music streaming industry is a plus
  • Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to helping others
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software are advantageous
