Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer assistance in German via phone, email, and chat
- Help customers understand product features, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and manage inquiries
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery
- Stay updated on the latest trends in consumer electronics
- Participate in training initiatives to further develop your skills
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a team-focused environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications
- Attention to detail and good organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer service excellence
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with support from the company
- Interest in consumer electronics is a plus
