Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a German Speaking Agent in our Customer Service Department, with the opportunity to work remotely from Greece! In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns swiftly and efficiently.
As a key member of our customer service team, your fluency in German will be essential in ensuring that we meet our clients’ needs and maintain their trust. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and committed to delivering high-quality support, while also enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in German across various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding our products, services, and policies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and enhance service quality
- Educate clients about our offerings and guide them in using our products effectively
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve service delivery
- Participate in training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar field highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
