German Customer Support – Pharmaceutical Company- Remote all over Greece

Then we want you to work for one of the greatest companies in the pharmaceutical industry! On behalf of our client we are looking for a talented & communicative Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic and human oriented team, to assist them daily on issues with their medical devices!

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet business requirements
  • Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines/goals
  • Be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest level of service
  • Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide community
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately
  • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks
  • Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals

Requirements

  • C2 level in German
  • B1-B2 level English skills
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Adaptive skills and team spirit
  • Previous customer support experience in a relevant role will be considered an advantage
